Although visitors to our site may have many questions regarding our services, it would be impossible to list everything on this page.  We therefore have provided answers to the most common questions, some of which are listed below..












Q. Does the hotel have a restaurant?
A. We have a Cafe Bar & Drinks Bar
but not a Restaurant.  The closest restaurant to the hotel is only 5
metres away.!

Q. Do I need to take a taxi to get to major attractions?
A. No.! We are very close to the town center of Rhodes. (see map)

Q. Can I exchange currency at the hotel?
A. Yes..!  We have the facilities to change most currencies.

Q. Can I use my electric razor, hair dryer, Laptop and other appliances at your hotel?
A. Yes.. All rooms have 220/240 volt outlets. All European visitors can use
the appliances just like they would in their country. However, UK visitors require a Mains Adaptor only, which
can be purchased locally or from
airports in the UK. Visitors from USA and Canada, need to obtain a power transformer, which is available locally and at all airports.

 

Q. Is there a games room?
A. Sorry.. we don't have a games room, but
there are plenty of arcades and bars near the hotel who do.!

Q. Has my room got a Sea View?
A. Yes..! Some rooms at Africa hotel have a Sea View.

Q. Can I make telephone calls from my room?
A. Yes.. all rooms have a direct dial telephone.

Q. Can I take a boat and visit other islands, while in Rhodes?
A. There are ferries and boats that go to all different islands in the Aegean. The schedule is available at the hotel.

Q. Does my room have air condition and how much does it cost?
A. All rooms are fully air conditioned and the per day charges are displayed on the hotel room rates page.

Q. My return flight does not leave until very early in the morning. Am I able to keep my room for a little longer?
A. Depending on availability, we can allow guests to remain in their room for a few hours prior to departure, although there is a small charge for this service. However, please remember we need to prepare the room for the next guest, so are unable to allow you to keep the room for more than a few hours.
