The whole complex, housing 720 guests, consists of 261 comfortable rooms, the majority with sea view, and 115 bungalows, with their own air condition unit, equipped kitchenette and fridge or fridge only. Both rooms and bungalows are complete with modern furniture, private bath / shower, telephone, three channel music program, Satellite Television, minifridge, hairdryer and private balcony or terrace.

The fittings have been designed so that guests can enjoy a comfortable and happy stay.

The Eden Roc Hotel consists of two areas – the main building and the bungalow area.  Both are situated within lush gardens and the main building is only a few meters from the Aegean Sea. The hotel has 2 meeting rooms, an Olympic size swimming pool and a children's pool, a snack bar, a tavern right on the beach and a main bar.

The main building includes large lounge areas, a spacious dining-room, television and card game corners, a cocktail bar, a souvenir shop and a large terrace overlooking the Aegean for a place to enjoy one great day after another.

The bungalow area, perfectly built into a lush garden area, has its own salt water swimming pool.
