BEDS: Most hotels offer only single (twin) beds, while some may have double beds, and which always are subject to availability. All single beds can be joined together to form a Double bed when needed.

DATES: We count nights and not days. One night's stay is considered any period from 12:00 noon to 12:00 noon the following day or any fraction of above period. For example; lets us assume that you want to book a room from the 10th to the 17th of June, but you will arrive at 7:00 am on the 10th. You will only be allowed to check in at 12:00 noon, not at 7:00 am when you arrive. If you wished to check in at 7:00 am on the day you arrive, you would required to reserve the room from the night of the 9th.

The departure day is not chargeable, and you be required to check out at 12:00 noon. If you wish to stay longer, say until 7:00 pm that evening, then you need to make sure that you ask at reception, well in advance, (2-3 days) at least, and they will most definitely make arrangements for you, if there is an available room. Be prepared though. They might have to move you to another room, in order to accommodate you. The amount you will be charged varies from place to place, but in most cases is approximately half the nightly rate.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIME: Check in time is 12:00 noon and Check out time is 11:00 am at most hotels.
The hour is necessary so that they can prepare the room for the next guest - which may be YOU!

CHILDREN: Any person between the ages of 0 - 12 Years old. Example: A person born on January 1st 1990, will be considered as child up until January 1st, 2002. From January 2nd, 2002 he/she will be considered as an adult.
Children aged 3 years, and up to 12 years old, pay as per rate schedule published on Rates page, when accompanied by 2 adults. The first child under the age of 3 years is free, when accompanied by 2 adults. A second child pays as per rates schedule published on Rates pages.
Examples: Double room rate: 40.00 per person.
Couple with one child of 3 years old or less will pay a total of 80.00 €.
Couple with two children 3 years old or less. First child is free and the second pays half rate. Total 100.00 (40+40+20)
Couple with one child of 3 years old or less and one child 11 years old will pay a total of 100.00 (40+40+20)

Room Types: Single = 1 Person, Double = 2 Persons, Triple = 3 persons, Family room = 1-3 Adults + 1 or 2 Children 3-12 years old.

Suites: Jr. Suite = Available as Single for one adult, Double for 2 adults and Double for 2 adults + 1 child and Triple.

Standard Suites: Available as Single for one adult, Double for 2 adults, Double for 2 adults + 1 child, Triple for 3 adults and Triple for 2 adults + 1 child.

Quadruple Suites: Can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child aged between 3 and 12 years old.  Or, 2 adults and 2 children 3-12 years old.

Bed types: The following types are available. Twin (Single) and Double, while some Deluxe and A! class hotels offer Queen and King size beds. However, the only guaranteed type of bed is the Twin (single) type. All other types are subject to availability and can not be pre-booked. We will handle it as a special request and if available, only then you will be given this type of bed on arrival.

Board types: B/B = Bed & Breakfast, H/B=Bed, Breakfast & Dinner, A/I=All Inclusive.
